Pond/Operating Rules

No Fishing or Swimming
Proof of NAMBA Insurance required.
Frequency clip must be used while operating transmitters. 
All boat engines must have mufflers – 95Db Max.
Maximum of eight (8) boats will be allowed on the lake at one time.
No operation of RC boats while retrieve boat is in operation.   
No spectators in the fenced pit area.
Report all incidents and accidents to Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.






Membership Rules

Members agree to adhere to all Palm Beach R/C Power Boaters, Inc. and North American Model Boating Association(NAMBA) rules and regulations, as well as all Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation rules and regulations.

All members must have read and understand all parts of the NAMBA rules for Safety, and the Rules of Competition. Club membership and NAMBA cards must be present at all times when running at our facilities.

All members also agree, that if he/she operates an aircraft at the Palm Beach Radio Control Association’s flying field, that they will abide by their rules and regulations.

Additionally, Palm Beach R/C Power Boaters, Inc. require all members to be present during the clubs’ hosting of District High Points races, so as to participate in various job assignments as requested. These jobs include but are not limited to: Contest Director and Assistant, Score Keeper, Corner Judge, Pit Boss, Retrieve Boat Operators, Set-up and Tear-down.

Failure to abide by the above rules will result in termination of membership benefits, without refund of membership fees or dues.

All membership applications are subject to approval, and will be voted on by the Board of Directors.
